General Information

  • Noosa Hill Resort is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping in apartments or common areas incurs a cleaning fee.

  • Our entrance gates and car park are operated by a computerised keypad. Upon arrival, you will receive the 'code' to operate both of these. Please carry the code slip with you after hours or put the appropriate code in your mobile phone for easy recall. The car park is locked and the front gates are locked at 6.30pm until 6.30am. To exit the car park there is a switch on one of the pillars 20 metres from the gates that opens them.

  • Coastline Security – 0418 183 300 (9.00pm to 5am) including for after-hours disturbances.

    Our premises are monitored by Security cameras 24/7.

    Manager’s mobile in the case of an emergency is displayed on the Reception Office door.

    Please consider your neighbours. The Body Corporate By-Laws state that: ‘No noise shall be created by any person that is likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the environment by another’. Please keep the level of the volume on the TV, radio or stereo and voices down to a minimum after 9.00pm and before 7.00am

  • Only one (1) car parking space is allotted to each unit - your parking space has the same number as your unit. Please park only in your allotted space. If you require an extra car parking space please ask at Reception if another is available. Day visitors may use our visitor car park or park on Noosa Drive or Katharina Street (at rear of the Resort).

  • Health regulations as determined by the Body Corporate do not permit pets in the rooms.
